Shipping Terms
Our offices are located in Canada and we ship to US addresses from our distribution center in Lakeview, Oregon. We can ship by regular (3-7 business days) or overnight express (1-2 business days) within North America.
If you need our products shipped outside North America, we will try to ship them to wherever you need them, but there might be certain restrictions applied. We'll try to inform you about all shipping costs and restrictions. International orders are shipped via air (DHL where possible) and may be expected to arrive in three to seven business days in most countries.
All shipments are traceable and insured.
Shipping Within North America
For regular shipping (3-7 business days) the more you buy, the more you save on shipping. Rates are:
- Merchandise total less than $100: $4.95 shipping
- Merchandise total over $100: free shipping
Overnight shipping (1-2 business days) is $17.95.
We do not add charges for “handling” and do not add sales tax or GST to orders shipped outside Canada.
Shipping Outside Continental North America
Shipping Charges to Hawaii and the following countries are $29.75for the first $100 of value and $2.00 for each additional $100:
- All countries in the European Union
- Australia
- Iceland
- Japan
- Liechtenstein
- Mexico
- Monaco
- New Zealand
- Norway
- Puerto Rico
- Switzerland
- Taiwan
Shipping Charges to all other countries are $38.75 for the first $100 of value and $2.00 for each additional $100.
For example a set of eight cams costs $31.75 to ship to France or $40.75 to ship to India.
