How can I pay for the goods?

In cash upon receipt of the goods (we send cash on delivery).

How will the goods be delivered to me?

The goods will be delivered cash on delivery to your address by GLS. 

 

What about the possibility of returning goods?

You can exchange or return the goods you ordered in our online store within 14 days of receipt at the latest without giving a reason, in accordance with our terms and conditions. You can therefore shop without any worries.

 

What do I need to check when receiving the shipment?

The customer is entitled to inspect the shipment before taking it over. If he finds signs of damage to the package, he can refuse to accept it. In any case, he should immediately inform the store operator and the carrier about this fact. If the customer discovers differences between the data in the delivery note and the delivered goods, he is obliged to inform the seller of these differences within 24 hours at the latest. If he does not do so, he runs the risk that his later claim will not be recognized.

 

What if the goods do not suit me for some reason (e.g. incorrect size...)?

Before exchanging goods, it is advisable to contact us by e-mail so that the details can be agreed upon. At the same time, the following conditions must also be observed:

  • The goods must not be used.
  • The goods must not be damaged or soiled in any way.
  • Along with the goods, it is necessary to send the original document, i.e. invoice - tax document, or delivery note. Provide your bank account number, it will speed up the refund.
  • Customer pays postage (do not send cash on delivery). If the package is sent to us cash on delivery, we cannot accept it.
  • If the requested goods are no longer available, we will send money back to your bank account for them (the amount for the returned goods + postage if invoiced).
  • We will send you the exchanged goods or money immediately after receiving the package with the returned goods, if the conditions in points 1 and 2 of this paragraph are met.

 

What if the item I ordered is out of stock?

The e-shop is updated automatically approximately every hour, but theoretically it can also happen that if we have the last 1 item in stock and two customers order it at the same time, it will no longer be available for the other. The same can happen if the last piece is in stock, but prepared in a previous shipment and not yet shipped. If such a situation arises, we will contact you by phone and agree on a solution

 

What personal data do you require and how is it protected?

We only require essential basic data from the customer, which is needed to process the order itself. We do not require any birth numbers, etc. In practice, it is enough to state only the name, address, telephone number and e-mail, so that we know where to send the parcel and where any ambiguities can be consulted.

All personal data provided by the customer is maximally protected against misuse, is used exclusively for communication with the customer and is not provided to any third party. See Statement on the protection of personal data.

 

Do I have to register for the e-shop?

Of course, you don't have to, but you are missing out on some benefits. A registered user does not have to fill in billing and delivery information for each purchase. In addition, a registered customer can track his order history in our e-shop after logging in.
